1STPLAYER Gaming Gear

1STPLAYER's warranty covers all (non-networking) products that show defects of material or manufacture that are objectively and demonstrably attributable to 1STPLAYER and not to the user’s actions or other factors. Please note that the warranty period may differ from product category. For more details please check the packaging or below 1STPLAYER warranty period explanation.

Services Provided

Within the limited warranty period, 1STPLAYER will provide free repair service or replacement with defect-free product of the same or similar grades. If a same or similar grades product is not available, a product of similar value shall be provided as replacement. The buyer shall pay for the materials and repair if out of the limited warranty period.

The limited warranty period takes effect from the date of invoice or bill. In order to speed up the RMA procedures, please provide purchase invoice while repair and replacement.

In case you need to return 1STPLAYER products within the warranty period, please do so through the retailer or distributor from whom you purchased the product.

Inapplicable Conditions

· Damage caused by natural disasters (floods, fires, etc.), irresistible force (impact, corrosion, etc.), or problems that resulted from abuse and misuse.

· The product has been serviced, repaired or modified by personnel who is not authorized by 1STPLAYER.

· Labels have been modified, defaced, removed, or damaged.

· Counterfeit products.

1STPLAYER is only liable for limited warranty service of 1STPLAYER product. 1STPLAYER is not liable for other damage or loss of time, interest, commercial opportunity due to using defect product of 1STPLAYER. 

This warranty provides the user with specific rights. The user might enjoy additional rights according to local laws and regulations. In case of conflict between this warranty policy and local laws and regulations, the latter shall be effective.
